Systems thinking is used to see wholes rather than parts and to see the patterns of changes. It acknowledges the relationships between the interacting components. This also helps to identify leverage points about where intervention will have to be done now, or in the future. Gantt chart is used in systems thinking to plan who will do what and when they will do it and the timeframe they have for it. Systems thinking can improve how managers sees the costs and schedules, improve the integrity and value of the products produced by the organization and also improve the needs of stakeholders.
