Protein, das in Prokaryoten die RNA-Transkription beenden kann,  agiert als ATP-abhängige Helikase, die sich entlang neu synthetisierter RNA Richtung 3′-Ende bewegt und schließlich die RNA von der DNA ablöst und damit die RNA-Synthese beendet
