taxiway= heavyloads but allways moving, dynamic
runway: acc and landing gives high load frequancy, decreasing along runway.
Apron: heavy loads on long time,static, create same loads at same spots

PNL=percieved noise level. measure of current noise level determined by empirical wieghting of the intensities of multiople frequency bands realative to the overall noise level.
EPNL=Effective percieved noise level. measure of the noise level taking into account the chronological sequence of a sound event

how is pavement dimensioned?
after loading but must be kept finacially low. todays jets 4x4wheels with each landing gear 100tins/4=25ton per wheel compared to highways for 5-10tons per hweel
