  • White sheet of paper against lens stop.
  • Turn focus ring counterclockwise.
  • Look through eyepiece and turn focus ring clockwise slowly until reticle is sharp.
  • Remove paper and turn lensometer “on”.
  • Rotate power drum to high plus.
  • Look through eyepiece and turn power drum away from you until the mires (lines)
    are sharp.
  • Power drum should read “0”. If not, recheck.
