   In den Rechtsmodulen lernst du Arbeitsverhältnisse, Vertragsarten, Sozialversicherungsrecht und die wichtigsten Gesetze der Personalarbeit. Du prüfst Verträge auf Befristung, Arbeitszeit und Kündigungsfristen. Beispiel: Du bereitest einen befristeten Arbeitsvertrag vor und hältst Arbeitszeit, Urlaub und Kündigungsfrist darin fest.

   Stellen ausschreiben und Bewerbungen steuern

   Du formulierst Stellenanzeigen ohne benachteiligende Merkmale, wählst passende Kanäle und steuerst den Bewerbungsprozess in einem Bewerbermanagementsystem. Auswahlgespräche bereitest du mit einem Leitfaden vor. Beispiel: Du streichst aus einer Stellenanzeige die Wendung junges, dynamisches Team und beschreibst stattdessen Aufgaben und Anforderungen.

   HR-Abläufe digital abbilden

   Kurse zu HR-Software und Automatisierung zeigen, wie du Urlaubsanträge, Onboarding und Personalberichte in einem System wie Personio abbildest. Mit KI-Werkzeugen entwirfst du Texte für Anzeigen oder Mitarbeitergespräche und prüfst sie vor dem Einsatz. Beispiel: Du richtest im HR-System einen Ablauf ein, der Führungskräfte rechtzeitig an fällige Gespräche zum Ende der Probezeit erinnert.
