Research Traineeship
A six-month period in which students acquire preliminary knowledge in a research topic in preparation for the Master Thesis. Students select a supervisor at the Institute of Physics or associated research institutes.
4. Semester30 ECTS
Master Thesis
Students perform independent research on a specialized physics topic over six months and prepare a written thesis. Results are presented in a public presentation 2 weeks before to 4 weeks after thesis submission.
