Wie wird bei der anisotonischen Zellvolumenregulation eine Hypertonie ausgeglichen?

Bei der Hypertonie kommt es zu einer Zellschwellung, da in der Zelle zu viele osmotisch aktive Teilchen vorhanden sind. Ausgeglichen wird die Hypertonie über:
1.) Kalium/Chlorid-Cotransporter
2.) Dehnungsaktivierbare Kalium - und Chlorid-Kanäle
Durch diese beiden Systeme werden osmotisch aktive Teile aus der Zelle heraustransportiert und die Hypertonie aufgehoben!

1.) Summation einzelner Signale ist möglich
2.) Gibt keine Refraktärzeit (weil ja keine Ionenkanäle geöffnet werden, die dann wieder geschlossen werden müssen)
3.) Elektrotonische Potentiale können durch einen Reiz, Neurotransmitter oder auch spontan ausgelöst werden (Aktionspotentiale werden durch überschwellige Membrandepolarisation ausgelöst)
4.) Fortgeleitete elektrotonische Potenziale werden abgeschwächt (Aktionspotenziale werden durch sich immer wieder öffnende Ionenkanäle immer wieder aufgefrischt und die Amplitude bleibt gleich)
