-Hinausgeschaffte, positiv geladenen Na-Ionen nicht von negativ geladenen Ionen begleitet o. Gefolgt (Cl-Ionen bewegl. Genug, aber nach innen )
-Na darf nicht durch andere Kationen von außen ersetzt werden ( NA-& Ca-Kanäle geschlossen, für H+ kein Gradient
-K-Kanäle immer offen
-Negative Ladungen durch Phosphat- & Carboxylgruppen ( insbesondere phosphoryliert Proteine & phosphathaltige Moleküle wie ATP)
-70mV RP durch LEckströme (z.B CL-) ; theoretisch bei K-Potential

  1. Öffnen von Spannungsgesteuerten Na+ Kanäle & Einströmen von Na+ Ionen
  2. Vollständige Depolarisation des Zellinneren (Umkehrung der Pole)
  3. Schließen der Na+ Kanäle
  4. Ausgleich (Repolarisation) durch Öffnen von K+ Kanälen
  5. Hyperpolarisation & anschließende Refraktärphase
-Frequenz moduliert, da immer gleicher Ablauf
-Schwellenwert für Na+ Kanäle: -50mV

  • Botenstoffe, die in chem. Synapsen zur Weitergabe von Botenschaften verwendet werden
  • Werden auf Vorrat synthetisiert und liegen in Vesikeln gespeichert ; liegen in Bereitschaftsposition (am Cytoskelett verankert)
  • Vesikeln fusionieren bei ankommendem AP mit präsynaptischer Membran
  • Vernichtung oder Rückpumpen der Transmitter nach Ausschüttung

-M1,M3;M5-Ca2+ aus ER frei , Ionsitoltriphospht (IP3) und Diacylglycerin (DAG)
-M2,M4 - öffnen Kanäle und führen zu Hyperpolarisation

  • Zentralnervöse Immunabwehr ( Schutz vor eindringende Mikroorganismen)
Oligodendrozyten
  • Myelinisierung von Axonen (Schwann-Zellen im PNS)
Astrozyten
  • Geben Neuronen halt 
  • Regulieren extrazelluläre Konzentrationen von K+ Ionen , Neurotransmitter & Hormonen 
  • Reagierten auf Aktivität benachbarter Neuronen
  • Regulieren teilweise Durchflussraten von Blutgefäßen um Versorgung aktiver Neuronenpopulationen zu sichern

Was ist Liquor?
-Umgibt & Umspühlt gesamte frei liegende Oberfläche des ZNS
-Wichte Aufgaben:
  • Verhindert Kontakt zwischen Nervengewebe und Knochen
  • Stützt Gehirn (schwimmt in Liquor)
  • Transport von Nährstoffen, Botenstoffen und Abfallstoffen 
-Steht im ständigen Austuasch mit interstiitieller Flüssigkeit der ZNS
-Liquorproduktion: Alle Ventrikel enthalten Plexus choroideus (Kombination aus spezialisierten Ependymzellen & sehr gut permeablen Kapillaren ) ; dieser für Produktion verantwortlich ist

Ependymzellen stellen selektive Barriere dar
  • Transport aktive Nährstoffe, Vitamine & Ionen in ZNS
  • Bei Bedraf: aktives Heraustransportieren von Ionen und anderen Stoffen aus Liquor
  • Zusammensetzung wird stabilisiert
