amilasa: se eleva entre las 6 y 24 horas, pico de 48 horas. decrece a sus niveles normales entre los sgtes 3 y 7 dias

es mas especifica, pero tambien puede elevarse en otras patologias no pancraeticas (apendicitis, enf renales, obstruccion intestinal, pancretitis cronica)

se eleva: en  4 a 8 horas, pico a las 24 horas. decrece a normal o casi normal en los sgtes 8 a 14 dias
