How do I analyze the time of the agent in the system? (4 steps)

Step 1:

Define a statistics object and select 'discrete data'

Step 2:

Create an agent type to get further information, e.g. the total time in the system of each customer.

Step 3:

Save the time at which the agent entered the system in the parameter. source -> on exit: agent.enteredSystem=time();

Step 4:

Add the time difference between source and sink to the statistics object.

sink -> on enter -> timeInSystem.add(time() - agent.enteredSystem);
