As a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) at StudySmarter you will ensure that our team grows with ambitious, competent and companionable colleagues.

These are your tasks:

  • End to end recruiting in the tech or content area: You are responsible for the entire application process from job conception to contract creation
  • You proactively identify and approach the best talents through your creative Active Sourcing Skills in LinkedIn
  • You win over High Potentials to join StudySmarter and convince them to start their career at the #1 EdTech startup
  • You regularly consult with your teammates and the founding team about current needs and bottlenecks
  • As Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) you continuously develop the recruiting process together with your teammates and improve HR processes sustainably
  • You develop employer branding formats and know where potential talents can be found


  • 💼You have at least 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition / active sourcing in the tech environment
  • 🎤You enjoy the application process in general and conducting interviews in German as well as in English
  • 🙌Active Sourcing, Direct and Boolean Search on Linkedin are not foreign to you and you carry them out independently
  • 💙You convince high potentials with your natural and sympathetic ways of a career @StudySmarter
  • 👩‍💻First experiences with the HR software Personio are an advantage
  • 🗣You are business fluent in German and English
  • 💡You work in a structured manner, are a team player and approach problems proactively and in a solution-oriented manner
  • 😊Your social skills and excellent communication skills complete your profile
